FTP

File transfer capabilities are provided to clients in two way - Incoming and Outgoing.

Files originating from TRUE Consulting Group will be located at ftp://ftp.true.bc.ca/outgoing in a subdirectory specified by our staff.  The file(s) will be accessible by anonymous users, hence we request that we be informed when the files have been downloaded so that we can remove them from public view.  If the requested files are at all sensitive, please request that we prepare a password protected directory to prevent public view.

Clients and subconsultants can upload files for our use to ftp://ftp.true.bc.ca/incoming.  This location is NOT visible to the public and files uploaded won't be seen (even by the uploader).  Please let us know once required files have been successfully uploaded (by email, phone or fax).  Use of a descriptive 'friendly' name for the file(s) helps to avoid confusion.  As well, it is preferred that multiple files be included in a single zip or tar file.
