Private Sector

Over the years, TRUE has rode the waves and tried to avoid the troughs associated with residential land development. We have provided subdivision planning, design and construction services to many of these private sector clients in the Thompson and Nicola Valleys, the Okanagan Valley, as well as the Shuswap.

Additionally, we have been involved in commercial development for a range of clients including SmartCentres Inc. and Shape Properties Corp. Through land development companies, such as these we have provided site design and servicing for large commercial developments including Wal-Mart, Home Hardware and Canadian Tire.
